I had this blogging idea from a daughter who blogs away her experiences and thoughts everytime she has the chance. I ask her if I'm not too old yet to start blogging and was reassured it's still okay at my age to do this stuff which in my younger years was unheard of. So here i am pounding my keyboard to start a new undertaking. It would take me away from the boredom and the hundrums of my expat life, and somehow lift my spirit when the goings are tough.
I used to write a journal about my experiences, a diary even, when I was at school but it became so boring and so blase' that I stopped a long time ago and never got back to doing it. But with this new baby, I expect myself to use my brain cells more often in composing anecdotes and reflections of my daily existence, nevermind if to the views of others they are ordinary and fit for the simpletons. After all, the chips in my brain were created in Silicone Valley which I believe is now defunct, whereas today's memory repositories are already made in more high tech environment and are composed of tongue twisting bytes and what-nots. Or whatever cyber terms that I could no longer understand.
